Enquiries

Contact and wholesale forms prepare an email draft in your browser; they do not submit your enquiry to FLIP. Opening a draft hands the details to your email provider. Copying uses your clipboard, or shows text to copy manually. Review and send the message yourself. If you email us, Four Pour Corp. uses the details you provide to respond to your question, availability request or wholesale enquiry.

Browser storage

Your language choice is saved locally in your browser under flip.lang, when storage is available. You can remove it through your browser settings. Online ordering is disabled.

Hosting and external content

Loading this website and its images sends requests to the hosting and content-delivery services. These requests can include your IP address, browser information and requested page. Spotify and Instagram provide the embedded playlist and profile feed; loading those embeds can send IP and browser information to those providers, which may use cookies and process information under their own policies. External links open services with their own privacy practices. We do not claim that this website or these services are cookie-free or tracking-free.

Map tiles on the Where to find FLIP page load only after you choose Load map; before that click, no map request is sent. Once the map loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser information in order to serve the map tiles. FLIP does not request your device location.

Privacy questions

For questions about your enquiry information or a privacy request, contact Four Pour Corp. at the email below. No fixed retention period is stated here; ask us about information you have shared.

FLIP email updates contact

If you sign up for FLIP email updates, Four Pour Corp. uses your email address to send FLIP launch announcements, product updates and where-to-find-us news. Sign-up is single opt-in: you are subscribed as soon as you tick the consent box and submit, without a confirmation email. Your email address, subscription status and a record of your consent (server time, page, form wording version and language) are stored in our Shopify store; this website does not keep your email address. When the sign-up form is shown, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget loads from Cloudflare and checks that the visitor is not automated, and the result is checked with Cloudflare again when you submit; Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser information. To limit abuse, we keep a scrambled code derived from your connection’s IP address, never your email. Entries older than one day are removed when later sign-up attempts are processed, so an entry may be kept longer than a day if no further attempts occur. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to unsubscribe you at the email below.
